I’m a licensed psychologist with 46 years of professional experience. I provide psychotherapy and personal growth counseling to adults. I see individuals and couples, and I tailor my way of working to the specific issues and needs of each unique person. I like being genuinely helpful to people.

I usually schedule 1-hour appointments. I meet with you for 50 minutes and use the last 10 minutes of the hour to reflect on your session and write up a note. If you prefer to meet for longer sessions, I can schedule those.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted and offer in-person sessions.  (Sessions with people who are not fully vaccinated include masks for our mutual safety.)  I also offer secure, confidential video sessions and phone sessions for those who want them.

I see people between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, between 10am and 5pm Thursdays, and between 8am and 1pm on Fridays. My fee is $120 per hour. I help you collect reimbursements from your insurance company or flexible benefits plan by providing you detailed receipts with all the information they need from me.

My office is located in the Plaza area, in the Unity Temple Building at 707 West 47th St., Kansas City, MO. There is a large covered parking lot adjacent to the building.

I also provide meditation services. I offer private sessions for individuals and groups by appointment.  Public meditation offerings are cancelled until further notice.
